The Gates of Bronte Condos will be a 10-storey building with a 7-storey tower rising from a 3-storey podium. It will feature 274 units that will include studios (7 units), one-bedroom (83 units), one-bedroom + dens (142 units), two-bedroom (20 units) and two-bedroom + dens (22 units). 

The project will also include 8,510 sq. ft. of commercial space at-grade hence bringing the residents’ daily necessities as well as extravagances at their doorsteps. The project will also feature 2-level underground parking plus a convenient surface parking situated at the back of the building’s parking court.
