Southport in Swansea Condos will feature two modern high-rise buildings 27 and 30-storeys tall respectively, that will rise from a shared 3-storey podium. It will consist of over 625 residential units and 35,000 sq. ft. of retail space at street level that might include a grocery store. The development is also planned to include a collection of 14 urban townhomes.
