The 13-storey tower will contain 205 mixed condo units that will include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom layout. The building will also include 422 square metres of indoor amenities to be spread out on the 5th floor, 6th floor, and 9th floor, as well as 349.8 square metres of outdoor amenities. The occupancy date and other details are still unknown, while VIP Launch is scheduled for February, 2021.
