Arte Condos, which is Phase Two of Artform Condos situated at 89 Dundas Street W, Mississauga, will be a 16-storey tower featuring 405 units. Unit sizes will range from 503 sq. ft. to 730 sq. ft. Suites will come in one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den; two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den layouts. One-bedroom and one-bedroom + den suites will constitute 81% of the total condo suites.

The project will comprise indoor and outdoor amenity space of 918.36 square metres and 1,187 square metres respectively.  It will also include 403 vehicle parking spaces that will be housed in a 4-storey underground garage out of which 342 will be reserved for residents, along with 347 long-term bicycle parking spots.

The development will also feature over 5,400 sq. ft. ground floor commercial space that will be positioned at the front of the condominium along Dundas St East. 

Arte Condos occupancy is anticipated for 2024.
