The 29-storey Cielo Condos will consist of 249 units in total. Units will come in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom layouts. They will vary from approximately 445 sq. ft. to roughly 2,000 sq. ft. The building will also house retail space on ground level.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2024, while VIP Launch is slated for 2021.
