The Verge Condos will comprise 4 residential towers, rising out of two 4-storey podiums, with 588 units in total. Building 1 will include two 17-storey towers, while Building 2 will consist of 2 towers – 12-storeys and 20-storeys respectively. 

Units will include studio, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom + den, and three-bedroom + den layouts.  

The project will include ample parking space housing a total of 591 parking spots, with 475 allocated to the condo residents, and 119 reserved for visitors and commercial use. Additionally, there will be 442 bicycle parking spots for residents.
