The Whitefield Condos will be a 37-storey tower accommodating 439 suites. It will feature studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den, and three-bedroom deluxe units. 

The project will also have an abundance of amenity space on the third floor that will include 1,052 square metres of indoor and 451 square metres of outdoor amenity space.

There will be three separate retail spaces on the first floor totaling to 1,427 square metres, and a 3-level underground garage accessible from Abbey Lane and featuring 91 vehicle parking spaces. Also, the second floor will have space for 375 bicycles.
