The Goode Condos is poised to be the first pre-construction development project directly in the iconic and popular Distillery District in almost 20 years. 

The 32-storey tower will feature 540 residential units that will comprise studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus den, 3-bedroom, and 3-bedroom plus den units.

The project will as well feature a 3-storey underground parking garage that will house 262 parking spaces, with 192 allocated for residents, 37 for visitors, and 33 for retail. Also, the parking garage will contain plenty of space for the residents’ bicycles. 

The tentative completion date is scheduled for spring 2025, while VIP Launch is slated for early September, 2021.
