A total of 37 high-rise towers are proposed for the 130-acre piece of land which surrounds Square One Shopping Centre that will comprise 18,000-plus residential units, with half being rental apartments.

Phase One will feature two towers, 36 and 48 storeys high that will respectively house 402 rental apartments and 575 condo suites, the construction of which will commence this summer.

These will be followed by 5,000 additional residential units that will be built over the next 5-7 years.
