Raglan House Condos will be a 26-storey building featuring a total of 224 suites that will include studios (23), one-bedroom (66), one-bedroom plus den (73), two-bedroom (47) and three-bedroom (15).  The building will sit on top of a 6-storey podium featuring a gross floor area of 23,403 sq. metres 

The project will house 5-level underground parking featuring 109 parking spaces that will include 96 spaces for residents plus 13 spots for residential visitors.

The development is also proposed to have 232 long-term bicycle parking spaces for residents to be located in the underground parking garage’s level P1 to P5 in a safe room, and 24 short-term parking spaces.
