The 29-storey Park Road Condos will house 300 residential units comprising 44 studio, 154 one-bedroom, 72 two-bedroom as well as 30 three-bedroom units. It will also feature retail space on the first floor.

The project will also include 3 carshare stalls plus 320 bike spaces as sustainability measures will be taken into consideration.

There will be no private vehicle parking spaces at this future residence owing to a vigorous Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategy centred on sustainable transportation. It is, however, proposed to include an onsite bicycle shop as well as a cycling fleet for the residents. 

Completion is scheduled for Q1 2025 while VIP Launch is slated for fall 2023.
