Park Place Condos is the latest addition of SmartVMC and the second phase of the 100-acre master planned community which sits in the heart of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.

The mix-use development will comprise two towers — 48 and 56 respectively – sitting on a 3-level podium. The two towers will house 1,111 condo units in total. Units will include a mixture of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den; 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom + den layouts ranging from 750 – 805 square metres.
