Martha James Condos will be a mixed-use condominium featuring residential and commercial spaces. The building, which is proposed to be 13 storeys high, will rise from a 3-storey podium that will feature commercial space.

It will house 150 lavish condo units with layouts ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom suites. The 351 square metres space located on ground floor is designated for office and retail use. 

The project will include 220 square metres of outdoor amenity space located on the 4th floor.

Additionally, it will feature a 413 square metres amenity space that will include a rooftop pation as well as lounge area.  It will also have a 5-level underground parking with 205 vehicle parking spaces, out of which 164 will be designated for residents and 41 for visitors.
