Artistry Condos will be a mixed-use 38-storey tower that will include a 2-storey base which will feature community and office space, and daycare facility.

The building will also have retail space on the ground level, and house a 3-level underground parking garage with 51 vehicle parking spots and 337 bicycle parking spaces.

Additional information including the amenities, unit sizes, the anticipated occupancy date and more are yet to be released. The VIP Launch is slated for spring, 2020.
