Allure Condos will rise to 43 storeys which will include a 6-storey podium with a 37-storey tower above and is proposed to house 488 units. The project will feature 33,242.40 square-metres and 604.50 square-metres of residential and retail space respectively.

Retail space will be located on the ground floor. Units will include studios (51), one-bedroom (21), one-bedroom plus den (292), two-bedroom (66), two-bedroom plus den (8) and three-bedroom (50) layouts.

The development will also include a 3-level underground parking garage featuring 133 car parking and 490 bicycle parking spots. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
