Abeja District Condos is a new pre-construction condominium development coming soon to the City of Vaughan. The project, which will be located at 2901 Rutherford Road at Jane St & Rutherford Rd., is by Cortel Group.
The development’s first phase will comprise 3 mixed-use towers 30-storeys, 25-storeys and 26-storeys high respectively.

The three towers will have one shared podium that will connect them and which will feature various commercial uses on the ground floor as well as potential community uses (for instance a daycare centre).
