88 Park Street Condos will comprise two towers 40 storeys and 42 storeys respectively, rising from a 10-storey podium and housing 1,139 units.  Suites will include one-bedroom (463 units), one-bedroom + den (350 units), two-bedroom (199 units), and two-bedroom +den (127 units) from which investors can choose. 

Residents will enjoy stunning views of Lake Ontario which is located just 1 kilometre away from the project site. The Credit River flows just west of the development site.

Services on the Lakeshore West rail line are run at frequencies of not more than every 30 minutes seven days per week. Frequent bus services are also provided by MiWay on Lake Shore Rd and Hurontario St.

Service on the Hurontario Street will be replaced by Hurontario LRT once it is completed this year 2024.

Motorists will be just minutes to the nearby Queen Elizabeth Way, allowing them easy access to different destinations across the GTA.
