Location and Neighbourhood

8 Elm on YongeCondos will be nestled in Toronto’s Downtown District. This is a vibrant commercial hub where residential development has been on a steady increase over the past couple of years. It is one of the most densely populated communities in Toronto as it offers the luxury of being just steps to the main corridors of downtown Toronto.

The area has many financial and corporate headquarters, plus an assortment of upscale eateries and bars.  Going by the current estimates, 200,000 people work in this area.

The modern resident’s needs are changing and that is why we see many people opting to reside in places they can either walk or efficiently use public transportation to get to work.

Because of the density of employees in this neighbourhood, residential condominiums are unsurprisingly being proposed for the area. This makes it a great location to invest in.

The Toronto Metropolitan University, which was formerly known as Ryerson University, is located merely 4-minute walking distance from this upcoming residence. The university can only house 3.1% of the over 43,000 students on campus, meaning the demand for off-campus housing is very high.
