The complex will feature three mid-rise towers, out of which two will be 10 storeys and one will be 8-storeys high. It will also have a collection of five stacked townhomes, plus back-to-back townhomes.

There will be 26 townhome units in total, plus another 5 homes that will be reserved for affordable housing. In addition, the development will include stacked townhomes that will be 3-storeys high, as well as back-to-back townhomes.

This community is planned to accommodate 798 residential units with 144 units dedicated to affordable housing.

Units will come in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom layouts. The development will include amenity space that will house unique indoor plus outdoor amenities as well as retail space.

This community will as well have an 8-acre park and ample parking spaces for every resident.
